Food Pantry Program
This program is currently only available to clients of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program who receives a certified referral from their Ryan White case manager providing documentation that the client already receives less than $100 per month in food assistance. (SNAP)
Home Delivered Meals and Groceries
Home delivered meals and groceries are available to those clients who are under Long Term Care. In order to be eligible, a client must go through their Long Term Care Case Manager and receive a Service Authorization from their Long Term Care Provider.
Emergency Food Assistance

Nutritionist Services
Nutritional counseling is available to Food For Life Network Food Bank and Care Resource clients and anyone with a referral from their primary care physician. Call 305-576-1234 Ext. 470 to schedule an appointment if you already have a referral. If you are not a client of FFLN or Care Resource currently, call 305-576-1234 ext. 317 to speak with our intake counselor.
Social Services Referrals
Case Managers can help you access many of our communities’ services. Anyone may ask for Case Management at Care Resource. Everyone is eligible to receive referral services. To request any social services referrals, please call 305-576-1234 Ext. #470 or Ext. #471 for Spanish.
